It is my understanding that streaming IPTV is not illegal, If you download the content then you are illegal. If the Feds get the pay list of subscribers they can send a letter demanding and amount deemed by them for violating the DMCA, Dish Network and Nagravision did this when they busted the resellers for IKS Tv service
