Redbox has branded its new Live TV service as Redbox Free Live TV and currently offers dozens of TV channels in various categories including Movies, TV, Entertainment, News, and Kids. The company is also regularly increasing the number of channels.
Redbox Free Live TV is currently available only in the USA and offers some popular channels like TMZ, USA Today, NowThis, Dove, Fail Army, and more. If you are outside the USA, you can also access this service with the help of a VPN.
In addition, Redbox has introduced 3 new in-house channels branded as:
- Redbox Comedy
- Redbox Spotlight
- Redbox Rush
Redbox Free Live TV is truly free. You do not require a subscription. You don’t even need to create an account. Just visit the Redbox Website and start streaming live TV.
How can I access Redbox Free Live Streaming?
Presently, this Live TV service is accessible only through their website. However, they will be rolling out apps for Apple TV, Roku, and Chromecast support.
Redbox Live TV will also be integrated with LG, Vizio, and Samsung smart TVs.

How to watch Redbox Free Live TV on FireStick
Redbox does not have an app for FireStick in the Amazon Store. They haven’t specified whether there will be any FireStick app in the future as well.
As I said, they are currently offering a browser-based service.
Thankfully, you can watch Redbox Free Live TV on FireStick in a web browser. You can use any supported browser including Silk, Firefox, etc.
Follow the steps below:
1. From the FireStick home screen, go Find > Search
If your FireStick interface has not updated yet, select the Search option in the top-left corner of the home screen
2. Look up for the web browser you want to use, such as Silk
I am going with Silk Browser. Click Silk Browser in the search results
3. Click the icon that says Internet
4. Click Download or Get depending upon what you see
Wait for the app the browser to download and install
5. Click Open when the app has installed
6. Click the address bar in the top-left section of the browser
7. Type in the following URL:
redbox.com/stream-free-live-tv
Wait for the page to load
8. If you see any prompts, dismiss them

As you can see, the channel-preview window is in the upper-left section. Underneath the preview window is the list of the categories. Scroll down to a category and click the desired channel. The channel will start playing in the preview window.
You can switch between preview mode and full-screen mode any time you want to.
