This post shows you how to install Rumble Kodi addon. We also learn whether it’s safe and legal, how to use it, and some FAQs.The guide stands valid for all eligible Kodi devices, including Windows, Mac, Android, FireStick, Nvidia Shield, and more.
What is Rumble Kodi Addon?
Rumble is an online video platform that lets you host, distribute, and monetize all your videos. According to Wikipedia, the Rumble service is known for alt-tech videos and is popular among far-right users.
The Rumble Kodi addon is the unofficial version of the Rumble service. On the Rumble Kodi addon, you can browse different sections like News, Tech, Sports, Entertainment, and more. Furthermore, a built-in Search feature lets you find any video available on the Rumble platform.
Like the service itself, the Rumble addon is user-friendly. In addition, the videos inside the section are organized in chronological order. So, an addon is available if you are looking forward to enjoying Rumble on your Kodi app!
Attention, Kodi Users!
Kodi Addons and builds offer unlimited streaming content, but could also get you into legal trouble if caught streaming free movies, TV shows, or sports. Currently, your IP is visible to everyone. Kodi users are strongly advised to always connect to a VPN while streaming online. A good Kodi VPN hides your identity, bypasses government surveillance, geo-blocked content, and ISP throttling (which also helps in buffer-free streaming).
I personally use ExpressVPN, which is the fastest and most secure VPN. It is very easy to install on any device including Amazon FireStick. You get 3 months free and save 49% on its annual plans. Also, it comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you can always ask for a refund.

Is Rumble Safe & Legal?
Rumble is a safe and legal video platform but are the sentiments similar for the Rumble Kodi addon? Let’s find out.
The Rumble app is officially available on Amazon, Apple App Store, and Google Play. However, the Rumble addon is not listed on the official Kodi Add-on Repository. Instead, you download it from an unverified repository, OnePlay.
I checked the zip file of the repository through a reputable online virus scanner. The virus scan showed nothing unsafe about the addon.
On the split side, we are also unsure about the addon’s legality. Surely, it’s sourcing videos from the official Rumble website. However, since it comes from an unofficial repository, we cannot guarantee that the addon will not pass off unverified streams as legal.
And that leaves us with only one option, using a reputable VPN like ExpressVPN with Rumble Kodi addon. This will keep your data safe and your internet activity in shadow mode.
How to Install Rumble Kodi Addon
Being a third-party addon, Rumble isn’t available on the official Kodi Repository. That’s why you have to take extra measures to install it.
In this section, I’ll show you how to allow unofficial sources on Kodi, install the repo with Rumble, and then the addon itself. For your ease, I have made three parts defining three separate layers that involve installing Rumble.
So, here’s how everything breaks down:

The page contains some unverified services, and we are not certain whether they hold legal licenses to distribute the content. Part 1: Enable Unknown Sources on Kodi
By default, Kodi gate-keeps the addons/repos that belong to an unverified source on the internet. So, to install Rumble, we’ll have to load a third-party repository, Repositorio: ONEPLAY. And to add it, we’ll have to enable Kodi to accept unknown sources/third-party sources from the internet. Here’s how to do it:
1. Head towards the Settings screen of Kodi by choosing the Cog icon on Kodi’s home screen.
2. Open the System folder on your screen’s bottom right side.
3. Head towards the Add-ons tab on your left-hand-side menu pane.
4. On your right, turn on Unknown sources.
5. Kodi will issue a warning message stating that third-party addons will be given access to your data. Click Yes to allow.
6. Select the -Update official add-ons from option right below the Unknown sources option.
7. Pick Any repositories on the dialogue box to enable automatic updates for all types of repos/addons.
Part 2: Install The Repository With Rumble
Remember what’s next after allowing Kodi to install files from third-party sources? That’s installing the repository that comes with Rumble.
Repositorio: ONEPLAY hosts the famous Rumble Kodi addon. The steps in this part show how to load the repository on your Kodi app.
1. Go to the Settings screen of Kodi by choosing the Gear icon on the app’s home page.
2. Step inside the File manager.
3. Choose Add source.
4. Add file source window will open up. Inside it, select <None>.
5. Enter the official URL of the Repositorio: ONEPLAY – https://oneplayhd.com/oneplay
Double-check the URL and press OK.
Note: The URL I have mentioned lets you download the zip file of the repository. At FireStickTricks.com, we aren’t affiliated with the developers of the Rumble addon or the repository.
6. Choose the input place that says oneplay to edit/set the name of the source.
7. I like the default name of the source, as it’s pretty easy to remember. You can set a custom name as per your preference. Once done, click OK.
Note: I recommend sticking with the default name as it perfectly describes the source.
8. Finally, to save the changes click OK.
9. If you see the source’s name in the File manager list, it means everything went smoothly.
10. Return to the Settings menu and open the Add-ons folder.
11. To load the Repositorio: ONEPLAY on Kodi, select Install from zip file.
12. Close the warning sign informing you about updates by clicking on the Yes button.
13. On Install from zip file window, choose the repo name – in my case, it’s oneplay.
Note: Remember step no 7?
14. Click One.repo-1.07.zip.
Note: Remember that the version number I mentioned above can change with future repo updates.
15. Once installed, Kodi will inform you with a notification that reads, Repositorio: ONEPLAY Add-on installed.
Part 3: Install Rumble
All arrangements to install Rumble are made! We can now finally install Rumble on Kodi without any problem.
Here are the steps to load Rumble using the Repositorio: ONEPLAY by TEAM ONEPLAY:

2. From the repository list, select Repositorio: ONEPLAY.
3. Choose Video add-ons located at the end of the list.
4. You’ll see Rumble on the third number of the video add-ons list; select it.
5. When the Rumble menu appears, select the Install button.
6. Give Kodi some time to download and install Rumble.
7. Once installed and ready to use, a notification will arrive – Rumble Add-on installed.
And you are welcome! That’s how any Kodi user can install Rumble.
Before you start streaming with Kodi Addons or Builds, I would like to warn you that everything you stream on Kodi is visible to your ISP and Government. This means, streaming copyrighted content (free movies, TV shows, live TV, and Sports) might get you into legal trouble.
Thankfully, there is a foolproof way to keep all your streaming activities hidden from your ISP and the Government. All you need is a good VPN for Kodi. A VPN will mask your original IP which is and will help you bypass Online Surveillance, ISP throttling, and content geo-restrictions.
I personally use and recommend ExpressVPN, which is the fastest and most secure VPN. It is compatible with all kinds of streaming apps and devices.
NOTE: We do not encourage the violation of copyright laws. But, what if you end up streaming content from an illegitimate source unintentionally? It is not always easy to tell the difference between a legit and illegal source.
