How to Install No Limits Magic Build on Kodi & FireStick (2025)

This guide will teach you how to install the No Limits Magic build on Kodi 18 Leia. This build/wizard is currently not available on Kodi 19.

Part 1: Turn on Unknown Sources for Third-party Installation

1. If you haven’t turned on Unknown Sources, go to Settings > System > Add-ons > Unknown Sources. Now, turn it on.

2. Click Yes when prompted.

Part 2: Add Build Source and Install No Limits Wizard

1. Return to the Kodi home screen and click the Settings Gear icon.

2. Click File manager.

3. Go to the last option in the list, Add source.

4. Click <None>.

5. Enter the URL https://www.nolimitswiz.appboxes.co and then click OK.

6. Select the input box under Enter a name for this media source.

7. Enter a custom name for the No Limits Magic repo. I’m going with no limits. Once you are done, click OK.

8. Click OK to save the changes.

9. Now press the back button once on your device and click Add-ons.

10. Click Install from zip file.

11. Now select the repo name you chose earlier. For me, it was no limits.

12. Click plugin.video.nolimitswizard18.zip for Kodi 18. For Kodi 17 Krypton users, select kodi > nolimits > wizard > plugin.video.nolimitswizard.zip.

13. Wait for a few seconds, and you will see an Add-on installed notification in the top-right corner of your screen.

14. You’ll receive a prompt; click Continue.

15. Another prompt will appear; click Ignore.

Part 3: Install No Limits Build from No Limits Wizard

1. Return to the Kodi home screen and select Add-ons > Program Add-ons. Click the No Limits Wizard or No Limits Wizard18 Add-on on the right.

2. Select INSTALL/UPDATE NO LIMITS BUILDS.

3. You will see several No Limits build. You can select according to your preference. I am proceeding with No Limits Magic (No XXX Section).

Both Kodi Leia and Kodi Krypton have the same build menu.

4. Select FRESH INSTALL (Erase, then Install New Build).

You can also select STANDARD INSTALL, but starting fresh and removing all the previous files is better.

5. Next, if you have selected FRESH INSTALL, you’ll see the following warning message: Click Continue to confirm.

6. Now, wait for the download process to complete. Even with high internet speed, it could take some time.

7. Once you have finished downloading and installing, a prompt will appear. Click Force Close to shut down Kodi and apply the build changes.

8. Now, re-open Kodi on your device to use the No Limits Magic build.

Wait for the No Limits magic build to auto-complete the remaining steps, such as finishing skin settings and building the menu. To avoid errors, leave it idle for around 15 minutes. The No Limits Magic build is now installed on Kodi.

Hi.
Every time I try adding the file source I get a message stating “couldn’t get directory information. This could be due to the network not being connected , etc.” But my network is connected. Each time, I exit Kodi, and check the network settings, and sure enough it is ok. Any ideas please?

  Hi Sunny, do you mean you want to get back to the default Kodi interface? In that case, there are two options:
  
  1- Return to the default interface but keep the No Limits Build data, including installed addons: For this, click System in the main menu on the home screen of No Limits, click Interface next, click Skin in the left menu, on the same window click Skin on the right and choose the Estuary skin
  
  2- Remove No Limits Build along with all the installed addons: For this, uninstall and reinstall Kodi. Or, reset Kodi on FireStick. Here is our guide: https://www.firesticktricks.com/reset-kodi-firestick.html

Hi. Thank you for tutorial.

How do I set up subtitles in No Limits? I can’t find player settings anywhere as usual when I want to setup subtitle language in regular Kodi. Opensubtitle doesn’t work even though I set it up with username and password. Subscene doesn’t work as well. I tried in Install from repo and Kodi repo, and subtitles. Over there I can only choose which subtitle provider I want to install but there is no language setting. I guessed that’s why subtitles don’t work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Hi, after entering the username and password, here is what you need to do:
  
  – Click System in the main menu on the home screen of No Limits build
  – Click Player
  – In the bottom left, keep clicking the cog/gear icon until it says Expert
  – Click “Language” in the left menu
  – On the right side, scroll down to the section “Download Services”
  – Make sure the option “Languages to download subtitles for” is set to your desired language (default is English)
  – Click “Default TV show service” and choose OpenSubtitles (or any other subtitle service provider you like)
  Do the same for “Default movie service”
  – Scroll up a bit to the “Subtitles” section (while Languages option is still selected in the left menu) and click “Preferred subtitle language” and choose the desired language
  
  Important – Subtitles must also be enabled within the addons. Here is what you can do:
  
  – From the main screen of No Limits build, go to System > Video Addons List
  – Click the addon you want to use (say Exodus Redux)
  – Click Tools
  – Click the option related to Subtitles
  – Click Subtitles in the left menu on the popup
  – Make sure the “Enable subtitles” option is turned ON
  
  You will need to do this separately for each addon. There is no universal setting that would enable subtitles for all the addons.

  Hi Joe, I don’t think you can password protect the adult section anymore. However, you can remove it from the main menu. Go to System > Skin Settings > Main menu > Setup the Aeon Nox main menu.
  
  Click the XXX section on the left and turn ON the Disable toggle on the right. You may enable it back whenever you want.

  Hi Kay, yes you can do that. On the main screen of the build, click “System” menu. On the following screen, click “System”. Click “Audio” in the left menu. Scroll down on the right side to the section “GUI Sounds”. Click “Play GUI Sounds” and choose “Never”
