In this tutorial, I will show you how to install Area 51 IPTV on FireStick. I will also cover the steps to install Area 51 addon on Kodi.
Area 51 is a very popular IPTV service which gives you access to hundreds of cable TV channels. This service features dozens of channels from the US and UK as well as from international locations. Area 51 has several positive reviews due to its outstanding service.
You will find channels from various familiar categories including Movies, Entertainment, Lifestyle, Fashion, Sports, News, Kids, etc.
This service has apps for Android and iOS platforms. It also has a Kodi addon that expands its platform-compatibility, allowing access on Windows, Mac, Linux, Raspberry Pi, and more.
As I write this guide, Area 51 costs you $10 per month. You can also opt for longer-duration plans (quarterly, semi-annually, yearly). To maintain high-quality streams, Area 51 stops taking new orders from time to time. You may need to check back later and subscribe when it is accepting the new subscribers. If the service is currently out of stock, here are some other IPTV services you can try:
How to Install Area 51 IPTV on FireStick
Area 51 is a paid IPTV service. Therefore, you will need to register and create an account and also buy a subscription plan in order to use it. In this section, we will cover the following:
- Part 1: Sign up for Area 51 in a web browser
- Part 2: Install Area 51 IPTV on FireStick (you can sideload the same APK on your any Android device)
Attention FireStick Users: Read before you continue
Governments and ISPs across the world monitor their users' online activities. If found streaming copyrighted content on your Fire TV Stick, you could get into serious trouble. Currently, your IP is visible to everyone. I strongly recommend you to get a good FireStick VPN and hide your identity so that your movie viewing experience doesn’t take a bad turn.
I use ExpressVPN which is the fastest and most secure VPN in the industry. It is very easy to install on any device including Amazon Fire TV Stick. Also, it comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you don't like their service, you can always ask for a refund. ExpressVPN also has a special deal where you can get 3 months free and save 49% on annual plan.
Part 1: Sign up for Area 51
Here are the steps to sign up for Area 51:
1- Visit the Area 51 website in a web browser on a computer or mobile: https://area-51-hosting.host/
2- Scroll down a little and click ORDER NOW for the plan you want to buy
Note: I recommend the month-to-month plan for $10. We can’t trust that the third-party IPTV services like Area 51 will remain in business. Also, long-duration plans offer no savings apparently
Also, there is a good chance for the service to be Out of Stock. If that’s the case, the only thing you can do is wait for it to be available again.
3- During the signup process, you will be required to fill the registration form. While Area-51 lets you sign up with your Facebook account, I recommend creating a new account altogether.
Important!!! Please make sure you enter your email address correctly. You will need to confirm your registration via the email sent to the address you provided. Also, important information related to your Area 51 service will be sent to you in your email
4- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the registration and buy the desired subscription plan
Please note that the password you create during the sign-up process is for logging into your online account. The streaming username and password are sent to your email address separately. Therefore, it is important to enter your email correctly. Later in this guide, you will find the instructions to retrieve/view your service streaming password.

Your FireStick / Fire TV is now all ready to stream your favorite content. However, before you start, I would like to warn you that everything you stream online is visible to your ISP and Government. This means, streaming free movies, TV shows, Sports might get you into legal trouble.
Thankfully, there is a foolproof way to keep all your streaming activities hidden from your ISP and the Government. All you need is a good VPN for Fire Stick. A VPN will mask your original IP which is and will help you bypass Online Surveillance, ISP throttling, and content geo-restrictions.
I personally use and recommend ExpressVPN, which is the fastest and most secure VPN. It is compatible with all kind of streaming apps and is very easy-to-install on Fire TV / Stick.
